Three A5 Wagyu Ways

Treat yourself to something truly special. Yume Long Beach is serving premium A5 Japanese Wagyu three ways. Our Wagyu Sushi is lightly seared and served over seasoned rice with a touch of wasabi and house sauce. The Wagyu Salsa pairs thinly sliced Wagyu with a bright mango, tomato, onion, and jalapeño salsa. And our Wagyu Bites come with Maldon sea salt, yuzu kosho, and fresh wasabi, so every bite is a little different. Pair any of them with a glass of Dassai 45 sake for the full experience.

Our October special is here, but only for a lucky few. Fresh salmon is marinated in our house soy sauce for a rich, savory flavor with a touch of sweetness, then finished with sesame, green onion, and a hint of chili. Enjoy it with warm steamed rice for the perfect bite. Limited to 10 orders a day at Yume Pico Rivera, so come early.
